If my registration is postmarked after July 31, 2010, I will pay an additional $25 late fee and will be entered in the Fall Player Draft System.

If my registration is postmarked after Aug 7, 2010, I may be assigned as a pool player until a team roster position is available.

Player Liability Release Form

I voluntarily, and of my own free will, elect to participate as a member of a softball team in the Nebraska Senior Softball League from Aug 2, 2010 to on or about Oct 13, 2010. (Including spring training) I understand that there are certain risks and hazards involved in participating in softball that may result in injury or death to me, including weather and playing conditions, equipment and other participants.

I voluntarily elect to accept and assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered by me while practicing or playing as a member of the Nebraska Senior Softball League.

I will conduct myself both on and off the field in a positive manner by (1) abiding by the Policies, Guidelines and Rules of the league, (2) being willing to assist in performing suitable duties assigned in connection with the operation of the league (3) accepting the decisions of the team manager and umpires in good sportsmanship, (4) neither taunting nor degrading an opponent or teammate, (5) avoiding bodily contact that may cause injury to others, (6) never directing abusive or profane language at officials or opponents, (7) exercising control over my family members and friends to the extent of the above articles 4 and 6, and (8) not committing any act that could be considered unsportsmanlike conduct.
