The Associate Commissioner shall provide assistance and support to the Commissioner with primary responsibilities to oversee the league field operations including team managers and player personnel; procuring and management of the facilities; the player draft system and pool player assignments; development and understanding of playing rules; and selection, scheduling and evaluation of league umpires. This position will also be responsible for executing the duties of the Commissioner during his absence or in the event of the Commissioner’s inability to act.
