No NE Senior softball games are scheduled because of the holiday.

Returning Registration Deadline

All returning players who register prior to the deadline, will return to their previous team unless they elect to be placed into the draft or the team is disbanded due to a lack of returning players.

All registrations received after this date will result in the player being assigned to the player pool to await assignment to a team. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Why are we doing this? In previous seasons, players who registered at the last minute created a great deal of difficulty with team assignments, fair and equitable placements, and controversy regarding the method of assignments. By creating a ‘line in the sand’, the Director of Player Personnel will have ample time to structure and implement a fair and reasonable method along with the ability for the league to better prepare schedules, field assignments, etc.

Defibrillator and CPR Training

Initial/refresher training on the use of the defibrillator and basic CPR methods will be on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 at the LaVista sports complex.

Prior to our spring training evening, Papillion Fire Chief Bill Bowes will be conducting a class on how to use the league defibrillator and offering basic CPR training. This is not a Red Cross certification but will give you the knowledge to assist in saving a life.

All managers and board members are expected to attend this training. Training is highly recommended for any other interested players.
