The Director Player Personnel, in conjunction with support and recommendations from Team Managers, shall be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and recording the skill/ability evaluation of each league player prior to the Player Draft on or about April 20th. This position, with guidance and support from the Associate Commissioner, shall be responsible for organizing and conducting the Player Draft in a manner consistent and agreeable to the majority of all Team Managers and approved by the Associate Commissioner. In addition, the Director will interview players, prepare player profiles and conduct periodic player survey questionnaires to give all players an opportunity to express their personal likes, dislikes and suggested changes concerning league operations. A current Team Manager may not serve in the capacity as Director Player Personnel.
